This special Wil Cooksey Edition 2008 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 Coupe is one of just 505 produced. Cooksey was the Bowling Green Corvette Plant manager from 1993 to 2008, and the special edition was created to honor his retirement. The console armrest was signed and numbered by Cooksey. This edition also has Stinger-style graphics and -427- hood badges. The chrome -spider design- wheels are exclusive to this model. I have owned this -always-garaged car- for 13 years. The original LS7 7.0-liter (427-cu.in.) OHV V8 has no issues.The engine was factory rated at 505 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque.The transmission is a six-speed manual.The paint is original and the car has never been damaged.A CARFAX vehicle history report confirms this.There are a few scratches on the front valance.The two-tone leather interior is reported to be in good condition .The seats and floormats have -427- embroidered on them.Z06 sill plates adorn the car.The inside of the armrest has been signed and numbered by Wil Cooksey.The spider design chrome wheels are unique to this special edition Corvette.
