The emblems say 427 but it's a Ford Racing SVO 460-cubic inch crate big-block that supplies the motivation to the tune of 560 claimed horsepower with an impressive 535 lb-ft of torque. This much power in a lightweight Cobra replica will get your attention. The carburetor is a Holley four-barrel. The engine was rebuilt in 2003 and has approximately 2000 miles on it. Cold starting takes a few cranks, but after the engine warms up it idles fine. The automatic transmission is a Ford C-6 that was rebuilt within the last year. - the transmission shifts clean and doesn't leak. Silver iridescent paint coats the fiberglass replica Cobra body.
