 Vehicle Description
A beautiful older restoration that's still top quality, says the selling dealer about this 1935 Buick Model 41 Four-Door Club Sedan. The seller is representing the vehicle on consignment. This Buick is said to be mostly original, with no rust, a good-running straight-eight engine, and accents including chrome headlights, dual horns, and dual fender-mounted spares. The car was reportedly restored prior to the owner's purchase approximately 25 years ago.The powertrain of this classic Buick sedan includes a 233-cu.in. OHV inline-eight, which Buick rated at 93 horsepower when new, and a three-speed manual transmission. - the engine is believed to be the car's original, but a rebuild history is unknown. It reportedly starts easily and runs well, with no smoke. The transmission is also said to shift smoothly and sends its output to the rear wheels.- minor powertrain leaks. Restored and repainted more than 25 years ago, the exterior on this Buick has reportedly held up well. The pale yellow color appears to match Buick's original Francis Cream color, although it's unknown whether it was the car's original color. - there's no rust on the body or significant blemishes in the paint finish. The chrome and exterior trim also appear in very good condition and all the glass and seals are said to be issue-free. All the exterior lights are reported functional - The cabin of this Model 41 was dressed in plush burgundy cloth upholstery during the restoration and the seller notes it remains in good condition, from the seat covers and matching door panels to the carpet and headliner. Only minimal wear is apparent and no holes or rips in the seats or carpet are noted. All the interior trim is reportedly intact and the steering wheel shows some use-related wear and aging in the trim, but no apparent cracks. All the gauges are believed to operate normally and the same goes for the heater. - - the chassis, suspension, and braking systems were serviced during the restoration. There's been no known service history since then, but the shocks, brakes, and steering system are reportedly in good-operating condition, with no known issues. The tires, however, have been on the car since the owner purchased it approximately 25 years ago and should be replaced if the car is to be driven by its next owner. They're mounted on the correct factory steel wheels, which appear in good condition. This 1935 Buick Model 41 Four-Door Club Sedan wears an old, but strong-appearing restoration, and is described as rust-free and in good-running condition.
