1972 Chevrolet Blazer K5 4x4 With a Crate 350 V8

The early K5 Blazer took all the handsomeness of Chevrolet's C/K line of trucks and combined it with the legit off-road capability of a sport-utility vehicle. In production for four short years from 1969 through 1972, early Blazers remain collector favorites, both in stock and modified form. The seller calls this 1972 Chevrolet Blazer K5 CST 4x4 a -virtually rust-free unmolested Blazer- with only minor blemishes and paint touchups. - the SUV has no holes or patch panels and says the interior is stock. The engine is a GM replacement crate 350-cu.in. V8.The 350-cubic inch V8 is a GM replacement crate engine but no details were supplied relative to age or any performance enhancements. The engine has a serpentine belt system.- cold starts take a single accelerator pump and the engine starts right up with no smoke. - the automatic transmission shifts perfectly although it does have a slight drip. The Blazer has manually locking front hubs.- - the paint as a mix of original and touched-up with some defects that are shown in the provided photos. The removable hardtop has been refurbished and recently painted. There is a pinhole area of rust on the bottom of the right front fender plus some miscellaneous scratches and paint chips. The top and door seals were recently replaced, who reports a small crack in the original windshield that doesn't affect the driver's vision - - that the front seats appear to have been recovered and adds that there is a minor seam separation on the removable rear seat. He thinks the carpet was also replaced. The truck has a working heater but no air conditioning. The windows and door locks are manually operated. The gauges work properly and the AM/FM radio is an older replacement unit. - The suspension is unmodified although the steering box was upgraded to a -Redhead- box so the truck has no steering play and the power steering works perfectly,- the power brakes also work perfectly. The BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A tires are sized 31x10.50R15LT and show 2021 DOT codes. The factory Rally wheels have trim rings and 4x4 center caps for the rear wheels.  This 1972 Chevrolet K5 Blazer CST 4x4 has receipts for recent work. The seller bought the Blazer from a dealer several years ago and is now ready for something else.
